Tuesday April 11th 2006
Today we had our mid-term exams. In the morning I ate a lot of food for breakfast. My mother said to me “Don’t eat so much food or you’ll have a stomachache.” But I didn’t listen to her.
In the Chinese exam I really had a stomachache. I wanted to go to the toilet so I put up my hand. But the teacher said “No asking questions.” I had to put down my hand. After about ten minutes I felt that I could hardly stand so I put up my hand again. But the teacher again said “Don’t ask any questions. Do your papers yourself.” I was so sad I couldn’t concentrate my attention on it. I wanted to go to the toilet! So I put up my hand again. This time the teacher said angrily “what question do you want to ask?” I answered that I wanted to go to the toilet. “Oh! OK of course” said the teacher.
Now I really know that Mum is right. But sometimes I didn’t listen to her advice. How regretful I am!
